The Artist
Moritz von Korff aka DaBaron is a bassist and producer who started playing bass and trumpet for local bands in Munich during the mid 90s such as Headcornerstone, Jahcoustix, Dubios Neighbourhood, Wally Warning and others.
In the early 2000s, the Oneness Band was formed as a backing band for national and international artists such as CaliP, Skarra Mucci, Earl16, Zoe, Prezident Brown and many more.
Within the time, the Oneness Band functioned more and more as a production team for riddims which have been released mainly on their own independent label called Oneness-Records, founded 2006 by Moritz and Benjamin Zecher. In 2014, Phillip Winter aka Umberto Echo, who had already mixed and mastered all the productions, joined the label team.
The many Oneness productions and releases have featured countless international names amongst them Alborosie, Capleton, J.Boog, Sara Lugo, Ras Muhamad and Patrice.
Since 2009, Moritz has also been a member of the French band "Dub Inc." and, until now, has worked on four albums with them and toured all continents playing more than 1'300 shows since 2009.
